Profile and Settings

Manage your personal profile, separate from your business's account settings.

Profile

• Name and Email - Your login identity. Changing your email requires confirming the new address.
• Password - Update your password at any time from your profile.
• Two-Factor Authentication - Add an extra layer of security to your login. Once enabled, you will be asked for a code from your authenticator app each time you sign in from a new device.

Display Preferences

• Theme - Light or dark mode for the console.
• Notifications - Choose which account notifications you receive by email, for example new reviews, failed messages, or billing alerts.

Team Members

If your account has more than one seat, each teammate has their own profile and login, with their own password and two-factor settings, while sharing access to the same business account. See Settings > Members to invite teammates and manage seats.
