Adding Your Domain

By default, all emails for your account are sent from Repwyn's own domain. Since it is a shared system, your sending address follows a pattern like reviews+[your-slug]@repwyn.net.

You can change this by connecting your own domain to Repwyn. In Settings > Domain, add a domain you own. You will need to enter DNS records, typically TXT and MX records, to set up your sending domain. This allows Repwyn to send emails on your behalf. MX records are optional but recommended for deliverability: while Repwyn does not process incoming replies, some providers may flag your messages if the sending domain has no MX records.

Because the sending domain uses a subdomain, this will not interfere with any inbox already set up on your root domain.

You will also need to add the suggested DMARC record so your emails reliably land in customer inboxes. DMARC helps stop fake emails that pretend to be from you, checking that messages really come from your domain and flagging attempts to fake it.

Customer-Facing Pages

All customer-facing pages, like your review pages and Showcase, load from Repwyn's own domain by default: my.repwyn.app. This means the links in your messages carry the Repwyn domain name. If that is fine for your brand, you do not need to do anything. If you want your links to match your own domain instead, add a CNAME record in Settings > Domain.

Once all records are verified, Repwyn begins sending emails and serving pages from your own domain.
