Ratings, Tags, and Sources
These three settings control how feedback is scored, organized, and grouped by origin across your account.
Ratings
Choose how customers rate you on your review page:
- Stars - The standard 1 to 5 star scale.
- Faces - A friendlier face-based scale, useful for some customer bases. Faces still appear in emails, review pages, and signatures if you choose them, while the review itself is stored and displayed as a star rating everywhere else.
You can customize the labels and colors attached to each rating level, for example naming your top rating "Excellent" or matching colors to your brand.
Tags
Tags let you organize both customers and reviews so you can filter and act quickly. Create tags for whatever matters to your business: a service line, a campaign, a location team, or a sentiment. AI Tools (Pro and Elite) can automatically tag reviews based on their content, so patterns surface without manual sorting.
Tags used in a CSV import must already exist in your account under Settings > Tags, referenced by their slug (the URL-friendly version of the tag name).
Sources
Sources track where each review came from: your own review page, Google, Facebook, Yelp, Trustpilot, LinkedIn, or a manual/CSV import. Use sources to filter reviews, widgets, and analytics, and to see at a glance which channels are driving your reputation.
