SMS Setup
Repwyn sends SMS review requests and reminders through a connected SMS provider. Connect one of the providers below under Settings > SMS > Provider before turning on SMS in your Request Strategy.
Each guide below covers the general connection steps. Exact field names in your provider's own dashboard may differ slightly from what is shown here; if a step does not match what you see, check your provider's current documentation or reach out to support@repwyn.app.
SMS with Twilio
- Sign in to your Twilio console and note your Account SID and Auth Token.
- Buy or confirm an SMS-capable phone number in Twilio.
- In Repwyn, go to Settings > SMS > Provider and choose Twilio.
- Enter your Account SID, Auth Token, and the Twilio number you want Repwyn to send from.
- Send a test message from Repwyn to confirm delivery before enabling SMS in your strategy.
SMS with SimpleTexting
- Sign in to SimpleTexting and locate your API key under account or integration settings.
- In Repwyn, go to Settings > SMS > Provider and choose SimpleTexting.
- Enter your API key and the sending number or short code associated with your account.
- Send a test message from Repwyn to confirm delivery before enabling SMS in your strategy.
SMS with ClickSend
- Sign in to ClickSend and locate your Username and API Key under API credentials.
- In Repwyn, go to Settings > SMS > Provider and choose ClickSend.
- Enter your Username and API Key, and set a sender ID if your account supports one.
- Send a test message from Repwyn to confirm delivery before enabling SMS in your strategy.
SMS with TextLink
- Sign in to TextLink and locate your API credentials under account settings.
- In Repwyn, go to Settings > SMS > Provider and choose TextLink.
- Enter your API credentials and sending number.
- Send a test message from Repwyn to confirm delivery before enabling SMS in your strategy.
After Connecting
Once a provider is connected, SMS templates and reminders work the same way regardless of which provider you chose. See Email and SMS Settings to edit your message copy.
