Settings

Your Settings page holds the core configuration for your Repwyn account. Most other pages in this documentation, like Review Pages, Widgets, and Request Strategy, link back to specific sections here.

General

  • Business Name - Used in emails, review pages, and your Showcase. Defaults to what you entered at signup.
  • Description - A short line about what your business does. Used by AI Tools (Pro and Elite) to write more relevant review suggestions and reply drafts.
  • Website - Your business's website URL.
  • Slug - The URL-friendly identifier used in your Repwyn links, for example my.repwyn.app/r/your-business.
  • Currency - Used where Repwyn displays or references monetary values.

Review Visibility

  • Default visibility - Whether new reviews show publicly (on your Showcase and widgets) by default, or start hidden until you approve them.
  • Show only positive reviews - When enabled, negative reviews never appear publicly on your Showcase or widgets, regardless of any other filter, giving you an extra layer of assurance.
  • Search indexing - Whether your public review pages and Showcase are indexable by search engines.

Team and Access

See Settings > Members to invite teammates to help manage your account. Seats scale with your plan: Core includes 3 seats, Pro includes 10, and Elite includes 100.

API and Automation (Pro and Elite)

Settings > API is where you find your Repwyn API key and manage Webhooks, if your plan includes them. Repwyn Core does not include API or webhook access; upgrade to Pro or Elite to unlock Settings > API and connect Zapier or your own tools. See API and MCP Access.

Notes

Changes you make in Settings apply immediately across your account: review pages, widgets, the Showcase, and outgoing messages all read from the same settings.
