Review Pages

Review pages are where the actual review-collection moment happens. A customer receives a link (by email, SMS, or in person), lands on your review page, and:

  1. Sees your title and introduction
  2. Selects a rating (stars or faces, depending on your setup)
  3. Depending on the rating and your configuration, either sees buttons to leave a review on Google, Yelp, and other sites, or a feedback form, or is redirected straight to a third-party site
  4. Lands on your success page once they are done

All reviews, positive and negative, are stored in your account. You can hide negative reviews from your Showcase and widgets, but they remain in your data so you can follow up and improve.

Managing Review Pages

Go to Review Pages in the sidebar to see your list. From here you can:

  • Create a new review page for a location or campaign
  • Edit title, introduction, footer, button label, per-rating instructions, and email notifications
  • Delete a page (your default page cannot be deleted until you set another as default)
  • Filter the list by location or by whether a page has links or redirects configured

Every account starts with one default review page, created automatically. Businesses with multiple locations or campaigns often create a page per location, or use one page with a location picker.

What You Can Configure Per Page

  • Settings - Template, instructions, rating options, and email notifications
  • Appearance - Layout, fonts, and background
  • Success Page - What customers see after submitting
  • Links - Buttons pointing to third-party review sites
  • Redirects - Send customers straight to a third-party site after rating
  • Fields - Custom form fields, shown conditionally by rating if you want
  • Locations - Assign the page to one or more locations, and enable a location picker
  • QR Codes - Generate and download codes for in-person collection
  • Suggestions - AI-powered review-writing help for customers (Pro and Elite)
  • Code Editor - Custom styling or scripting for advanced needs
  • URL Parameters - Pre-fill fields by adding parameters to your page or kiosk URL
  • Kiosk - Display a QR code on a tablet or screen for in-store collection
