AI Tools (Pro and Elite)

Repwyn Pro and Elite include AI Tools that help with the moments that take the most time. Repwyn Core does not include AI Tools; this is one of the main reasons businesses upgrade to Pro.

What AI Tools Does

• Review Writing Help - Helps customers write their own reviews on your review page. Customers can generate one to five suggestions to use as a starting point, which lowers the effort it takes to leave a review.
• Reply Drafting - Drafts replies to Google reviews for your team to review and send, rather than starting from a blank box every time.
• Highlights - Surfaces the strongest phrases in a review so they stand out on widgets and your Showcase.
• Tagging and Sentiment - Automatically tags reviews based on their content and scores sentiment, so patterns are easier to spot without manually reading every review.

Setting It Up

Go to Settings > AI Tools. Enter your business name and a brief description of your products or services; this helps the AI create responses specific to your business rather than generic ones. You can also add a support email and phone number, which are only included in replies to negative reviews to encourage customers to reach out directly for help.

Turning Features On

Each AI Tools feature can be turned on independently, so you can start with reply drafting and add review-writing help later, for example. Tune the tone to match your brand voice.

What You Actually Get

AI Tools is where the time savings show up most directly: what used to be an hour spent drafting replies or reading through reviews to spot a pattern becomes a few minutes of reviewing AI-drafted suggestions and approving what fits. That is the gap between Core and Pro in practice, not just a feature checkbox.
