Skills are prebuilt Claude workflows that turn your MCP connection into ready-made outputs, rather than requiring you to prompt from scratch each time.

Examples include:

• Weekly Review Digest - A summary of new reviews, rating trends, and anything that needs a reply, delivered on a schedule.
• Location Leaderboard - A ranked comparison of your locations by rating, review volume, and response rate.
• Customers to Ask - A list of customers who have not yet been asked for a review and are good candidates for a manual request.
