Fields

Capture customer info and feedback with form fields on your review page. Beyond the default name, email, and review text, you can add custom fields for anything relevant to your business, like which service the customer used or how they heard about you.

Fields can be shown conditionally based on the rating a customer selects, so you might ask an unhappy customer what went wrong, while asking a happy customer if they will share their review publicly.
