Reviews

The Reviews page is where you view, filter, and manage every review your business has collected, whether it came in through your review page, a synced source like Google or Facebook, or a manual or CSV import.

Working with a Review

Open any review to:

• Reply - Draft a response yourself, or use AI Tools (Pro and Elite) to draft one for you.
• Edit details - Update the rating, text, date, source, location, or tags.
• Hide from Showcase - Keep a review in your data without showing it publicly on your Showcase or widgets.
• Flag duplicates - Mark reviews that were imported more than once.
• Highlight text - Select part of a review and highlight it so the strongest phrases stand out on widgets and your Showcase.

Sources

Reviews are grouped by where they came from: your own review page, Google, Facebook, Yelp, Trustpilot, LinkedIn, or a manual/CSV import. Connect Google My Business and Facebook in Settings > Integrations to sync reviews automatically and reply without leaving Repwyn.

Adding Reviews

• Manual Entry - Add one review at a time with the customer's details, rating, text, date, source, location, and tags.
• CSV Upload - Import up to 1,000 reviews at once. See Importing Reviews for the field reference.
• Sync - Connect a source under Settings > Integrations and reviews import automatically going forward.

Once a review is in your account, it appears in your Showcase, widgets, and analytics right away.

Filtering

Filter reviews by location, source, rating, tags, and date range. Combine filters to build the view you need, for example every 5-star Google review from a specific location this month.
