Configure the core content and behavior of a review page.

• Template - The overall layout the page uses.
• Title and Introduction - The headline and intro text customers see first.
• Instructions per Rating - Different copy shown depending on the rating a customer selects, so a 5-star response and a 2-star response can feel appropriately different.
• Rating Options - Which rating scale (stars or faces) this page uses, and how many levels.
• Button Label - The text on the primary call-to-action button.
• Footer - Text shown at the bottom of the page, often used for a business address, a thank-you note, or a link back to your site.
• Email Notifications - Add one or more email addresses to be notified when a customer submits a review through this page.
